CWRU ID Passphrase Change

Use this page to change the passphrase associated with your CWRU network ID. Changing this passphrase affects access to central university services, such as Single Sign On (SSO).

Enter your network ID (e.g., abc123) and current passphrase below. Then click "Continue" to verify your current passphrase and proceed to the next step.

The passphrase change executed by this tool only affects central university services, such as Single SignOn, Google and Active Directory. Your new passphrase will not synchronize across dedicated servers managed by individual departments.

User ID: Enter your user ID. Typically, it will be your initials, possibly followed by a number, for example: abc123.

Passphrase: Enter your passphrase. Click the 'eye' button to toggle passphrase visibility.
